Strategic Litigation
Dalila Seoane is a qualified feminist lawyer, investigator and analyst. She has over 18 years of experience in strategic litigation, working with prosecutorial units and NGOs to investigate and prosecute international (and transnational) crimes committed in Latin America and Africa, including a wide range of themes such as environment, gender and intersectionality, corporate crimes, drug trafficking, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Currently, she is Senior Project Manager at the Centre for Climate Crime Analysis (CCCA) and co-coordinator of the Latin American Network for Gender-based Strategic Litigation (ReLeG). Dalila is also a Gender Expert certified by Justice Rapid Response (JRR), the UK’s Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative (PSVI) and CANADEM. She has previously worked for Civitas Maxima, OHCHR and Case Matrix Network, among others.
Finally, Dalila is a lecturer on Gender, International Criminal Law and International Humanitarian Law (University of Buenos Aires) and the author of several publications.
